Barrel Plating
Our barrel plating service offers cost-effective bulk zinc plating with clear, yellow, and black trivalent passivate. Ideal for small to medium parts, it provides consistent coverage, excellent corrosion resistance, and a durable finish.
Rack Plating
Rack plating is ideal for delicate or irregularly shaped components requiring precise, uniform finishes. We offer clear and yellow trivalent zinc passivate, with capacity for parts up to 2200mm x 1000mm x 250mm.
Vibratory De-Burring
Our vibratory de-burring service removes sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections, leaving parts smooth, clean, and ready for plating or coating. Suitable for bulk batches, it ensures a consistent, high-quality finish.
Protective Coating
We use Castrol Rustilo 66 VCI and Castrol Rustilo DWX 31 to provide long-lasting corrosion protection. Ideal for components requiring rust prevention during storage, transport, or use, this coating ensures parts remain clean and protected.
Descaling
Our descaling service removes rust, scale, and surface contaminants, restoring a clean finish to components. Available as a pre-treatment before plating or a standalone clean-only service.
